• Main lobby and all elevator service lobbies and stairs to be mopped with scented disinfectant.
• All bare floor areas to be swept and or dusted
• Elevator doors treads to be kept free of debris and clean
• Any spillage to be spot mopped
• Fire hose and extinguishers cabinets clean inside out
• Garbage to the collected

• Any common area or main floor glass to be clean
• Genitor closets and storage area should be maintain in a neat and orderly manner at all times - if provided
• Any condition of the building requiring repairs or attention should be brought to the notice of the operation manager as soon as possible
• Elevators doors and frame will wiped down removing all dust marks and left in clean condition.
• Elevators will wiped clean and all dirt debris removed from door tracks using edging tools
• Terrace, stilts and landing to be clean as planned and also in between if require.
• All our staff are screened, verified with references and registered
